Daxson Motis obtained his general medical training through Rosalind Franklin College of Health Professions, rotating through some of the most underserved areas of Chicago and Indiana. For the past four years, he has served as a psychiatric physician assistant at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in rural Southern Oregon, the only inpatient facility from Eugene, OR to Redding, CA, and has also served as a preceptor for OHSU’s physician assistant program. In his free time, he likes to read, ride bikes, play with his dog, and spend time with his family. When the opportunity arose to join the team at Pacific Phoenix TMS, he jumped at the chance to serve the community he grew up with and work alongside an esteemed regional expert, Dr. Gonzalez-Rodriguez.

Dax is passionate about centering client confidence and empowerment. He resources clients to navigate difficulty with greater strength and resilience and supports the journey of rebuilding a sense of choice in an unpredictable world. Dax can support the navigation of medication and/or alternative therapies in alignment with evidence-based practices, addressing experiences involving various psychiatric diagnoses, complex trauma, and substance use.
